Two Impress, a Webflow Enterprise Partner, is looking for an experienced Webflow Designer to join our remote team. Job Purpose:
To design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge Webflow websites that deliver outstanding user experiences while meeting client goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build high-quality websites using Webflow, with a focus on SEO optimization and responsive design.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate project requirements into functional web solutions.
  • Customize Webflow CMS to meet specific client needs.
  • Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Test websites for functionality, performance, and compatibility across devices and browsers.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve design or technical challenges quickly and effectively.

Required Core Skills:

  • Proficiency in Webflow, including CMS, animations, and advanced interactions.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive web design.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SEO best practices.
  • Experience in Figma, Adobe XD, or other design tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain design concepts to clients and team members.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a high level of attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Webflow design and development.
  • A portfolio showcasing Webflow projects with clear evidence of UX/UI expertise.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Desired Education Level:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork.
  • Adaptability to new tools, technologies, and feedback.
